One of the most common customer service issues heard from Sellers is; “Once our house was listed, we rarely, if ever got updates from our listing agent”. With the new, Weekly Seller Report feature on our new agent Websites, this issue will need never be a problem again. This report is automatically generated, once a week from the data that is collected from the Sales Associate’s Website and from PrudentiaGardner.com and then emailed to the seller. The report includes a monthly web activity summary, a daily web activity summary, a market listing activity summary and much more.
